Sending a huge thank you to Alfie and his team who did a fantastic job today removing last bits of foam insulation from roof beams and then installing new roof lining. They then removed my old small loft hatch and metal steps and installed a new large hatch and new folding wooden ladder making it so much easier to get in and out of the loft and the new lining being pale grey has made it so much lighter up there and warmer. I can't recommend Alfie and his team enough, very friendly and courteous, lovely guys all of them. Thank you x

Really good. We met Ritchie first who organised what was to be done! Thank you Ritchie. Andy and Luke arrived on the appointed day and worked so hard for the next three days. Lovely men who were very helpful and happy. Left the place so clean and tidy. (Luke is magic with the hover!) We were lucky to meet such nice people. Ernest & Kechil.

On 23/09/2026 Smartgen came to remove badly fitted open cell spray foam insulation from my loft. My wife and I were very concerned that the job was going to be very messy and further damage caused to my roof. The team of Andrew, Luke and McKenzie were excellent however. They were quick and efficient. All the waste was bagged and removed as promised. Any damage caused to the roof felting was repaired and we now have a roof space that can be used again. Andrew was an excellent team leader and showed us pictures and a video of the work being undertaken and the wood treatment being applied. The job was first rate and we are just awaiting certification from Smartgen to guarantee the work undertaken. We would certainly recommend this company in future. Kevin Corlett Oldham Lancs.

Alfie and his team from Smartgen Solutions completed the job very well. They were courteous and did a good tidy up after the work was completed. There were a couple of items I could not lift out of the loft and they removed them and put them back for me. Thank you Alfie. Make sure you give yourself enough time to get all of your stuff out of the loft because it takes far longer than you think.

Glen and his team made a great job of our driveway. Decent price and kept in the loop from first site visit to the hand over of the job. Had a couple of teething problems on completion but nothing was too much trouble and the guys came back and sorted them out. Great after sales service!!

Alfie and his team were excellent, worked hard to clear our loft of spray foam. The poor lads were sweating terribly but still got on with the job .we were very dubious about having this job done, but Alfie kept us informed all the way through. Excellent clean up when the job was finished.we developed a damp patch in the bedroom over night. Alfie and his team even on bank Holiday Monday came straight out repaired it replaced the damp insulation. Couldn't apologise enough even though it was nobody's fault. Alfie takes pride in his work. Can't praise them enough.

Smarten Solutions did a fantastic job removing spray foam insulation from our loft. They were professional from the initial quote through to completion - punctual, tidy, and clearly experienced with this type of work. The team explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and left the space clean afterwards. It's a messy, tricky job to do properly, and they handled it with real care and skill. Highly recommend them if you need spray foam removed safely and properly.
